Purchasing a Class with Outschool Credit
To purchase a class on Outschool, head to Outschool.com and select the class of your choice. When you reach the enrollment form, you’ll see your Outschool Credit appear.
If you’re enrolling in a class using Outschool Credit for a learner under the age of 13, you’ll be asked to provide consent to the enrollment by first agreeing to Outschool’s privacy policy, specifically COPPA, to ensure you understand our practices related to your learner’s safety and security on our platform.
Once you select “Finish Enrolling,” you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information for the limited purpose of providing identity verification. In other words, your use of a credit card serves as proof that you are the learner’s parent or guardian.
If you’re paying for your enrollment with Outschool Credit, you will not be charged for the class. You’ll only be charged to the credit card on file once you exceed the amount of Outschool Credit on your account, as shown below.
If you use Outschool Credit to purchase an Ongoing class, your Outschool Credit will be charged for the class's weekly subscription fee, until your credit is depleted. Then the subscription will charge to your credit card on file.
You can view your Outschool credit balance, credit redemptions, and all Outschool transactions on your Transactions page.
You can also see your current Outschool credit balance in your account settings, next to Credits.
