Outschool is deeply committed to the security of all users on our platform. If we ever have reason to suspect that your account may have been compromised, our team takes the following steps in order to keep your account and information secure:

  1. We will immediately disable your current password. Note: This will not affect any classes in progress at the time of this change.
  2. You will receive an email from support@outschool.com asking you to create a new password. Follow the link provided via that email to reset your password.

The new password you create must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers, letters, and special characters. This will change your Outschool password on all devices moving forward.
