Overview
KaiPod and Outschool have partnered to bring KaiPod learners a curated collection of engaging clubs on Outschool. These small-group, live online classes are led by expert educators and designed to help learners connect with other KaiPod students, explore interests, and have fun beyond the classroom.
Each KaiPod learner receives 160 Outschool credits (an $80 value), which cover one club per week for 8 weeks.
How KaiPod Credits Work
1. Check your email for KaiPod club links
Families receive a follow-up email with private KaiPod club links. These links are the only way to access KaiPod-only class sections. Please wait to enroll until you receive this email.
2. Enroll in your club
Click the class link in your email to enroll your learner. The cost of each class meeting is automatically deducted from your learner’s KaiPod credit balance each week.
3. Enrollment limits
Each learner can enroll in one club per week for 8 weeks using KaiPod credits.
You can join additional clubs by adding a credit card to your Outschool account or using your Outschool Membership credits.
Each club needs at least 4 learners to run and is capped at 10 learners to keep groups small and interactive.
4. Switching clubs
If your learner would like to switch clubs, you can stop the current enrollment and re-enroll in a different KaiPod club option.
Tracking Your KaiPod Credits
You can view your current credit balance, transaction history, and credit usage by visiting your Transactions tab.
⚠️ Note: Unused KaiPod credits expire on December 21, 2025.
Enrolling in Other Outschool Classes
Families with program-funded credits will see a filtered view that only shows KaiPod-approved classes.
If you’d like to explore other Outschool classes:
Toggle off the KP Eligible filter in your Outschool account.
Use your credit card or Outschool Membership to purchase additional classes.
Can I still sign up to participate?
If you have already received your KaiPod credits, you can go ahead and enroll in clubs using the links emailed to you. If you have not received credits yet, please reach out to your microschool to learn when the next round of sign-ups will be available.
