How is Outschool Unlimited different from the other offerings on Outschool.com?
While we believe our marketplace serves many learning needs, we wanted to provide a lower-priced, unlimited offering for families to explore new topics and supplement their current education. Outschool Unlimited introduces a new content-only class type, where families can access pre-recorded videos, lessons, and worksheets whenever and wherever they are. Live and self-paced classes, which include teacher feedback and messaging, are not included.
What age groups are best suited for Outschool Unlimited?
Outschool Unlimited is best suited for learners between 9 and 13 years old. We’ll be rolling it out to more learners soon, so join the waitlist to be notified when that happens!
When will more content be added? I don’t see the class I’m looking for.
We are constantly adding new classes to Outschool Unlimited. If there is a specific class, topic, or teacher you’d like to see in the subscription, let us know here!
Can Outschool Cash or credit be used to cover the cost of Outschool Unlimited?
Currently, subscriptions to Outschool Unlimited cannot be paid for using Outschool Cash or credit. To subscribe, you’ll need a credit or debit card.
When does my subscription begin? Do I need to enroll on the 1st of the month?
Your subscription starts immediately upon payment. For example, if you subscribe and pay on June 12, you'll have access from June 12 until July 12.
When does my subscription automatically renew?
Your Outschool Unlimited subscription automatically renews each month on the same day using the payment method on file. For instance, if you subscribe on June 12, your subsequent renewals will occur on July 12, August 12, and so forth. If your subscription begins on the 31st, it will renew on the last day of each month.
How do I access Outschool Unlimited classes?
Once you subscribe, you can access classes by logging into Outschool.com. Select Enter Outschool Unlimited under the welcome message on the Outschool.com homepage, or choose Outschool Unlimited from your profile dropdown menu. You can also enter Outschool Unlimited directly by visiting outschool.com/unlimited.
How do I manage subscription access for multiple learners?
Outschool Unlimited is designed for full-family access. In the future, we may support learner profiles so that learners can keep track of their individual progress.
Will I lose access immediately if I cancel my Outschool Unlimited subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will have access until your current billing period ends. After that, your access will be discontinued.
For instance, if your billing period ends on the 30th of each month and you cancel your subscription on the 15th, you will still have access to your subscription features until the 30th. After the 30th, your access will be discontinued.

How do I change my Outschool Unlimited Subscription payment method?
After following the steps to manage your subscription:
Under Payment Method, select Add Payment Method.
After adding a new payment method, you may delete the existing payment method by selecting the three dots to the right of a payment method and selecting Delete.
How do I cancel my Outschool Unlimited Subscription?
After following the steps to manage your subscription:
Select the Cancel Plan option.
Confirm your cancellation to complete the process.
How can I get a receipt for my Outschool Unlimited Subscription?
After following the steps to manage your subscription:
Under Invoice History, click the arrow icon to the right of the date you need a receipt.
Select Download Receipt.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Outschool Unlimited adheres to the Standard Refund Policy. Class access begins upon payment, so refunds are not available. Canceling your subscription stops future charges.
