What are Program-funded wallets?

Program-funded wallets are non-transferable Outschool dollars funded through state ESA, microgrant, or scholarship programs. They are used specifically for state-approved Outschool classes and are subject to both Outschool and state-specific guidelines. These funds:

  • Are tied to the learner who is the recipient of the ESA, microgrant, or scholarship funds.

  • Can only be used on Outschool for classes approved under your state program.

  • May expire or be returned to the state program if the learner becomes ineligible or the program ends.
