Requests for specific times for your classes and other questions from parents come through as email messages. The faster you reply the more likely they are to feel good about the class and to enroll later. If you'd like more information about what they're looking for, now is a great time to ask.
As well as responding, you should schedule a section for the class:
Even if you have only received one request for a particular day and time, consider scheduling a section that meets the parent's requirements. They can help you fill it by sharing it with their community - feel free to ask them to do that when you reply.
Remember to mark the section as public, and the parent will get a notification from us that the class has been scheduled.
