Gift enrollments make it easy for parents to enroll a group of learners in class together. When a parent makes a group gift enrollment purchase for one of your classes, your Learners tab will show any unclaimed gift enrollments as Enrolled, as follows.
Each unclaimed gift enrollment will appear on your Enrolled list as “Learner TBD” until the gift is claimed. When the gift enrollment is claimed by the recipient learner’s family, the learner’s name will appear as normal.
Refunds, Withdrawals, and Transfers for Gift Enrollments
As with standard enrollments, you can withdraw, transfer, and/or refund gift enrollments using the Change Enrollment button on the right side of the page.
If you withdraw, refund, or transfer a gift enrollment before it’s been claimed by the recipient, the parent who purchased the gift will receive all associated refunds and email notifications. Once the gift has been claimed by the recipient, they will receive notifications for withdrawals and transfers as normal, but all refunds will go to the parent who purchased the gift.
Before the gift enrollment is claimed by the recipient parent, the gift purchasing parent can make any refund, withdrawal, and transfer requests from their side. Once the gift is claimed, the recipient learner’s parent makes those requests.
